Can SATA POS handle thousands of products and barcodes?
Yes. It runs large grocery catalogues with many barcodes per product. We import your full product list, barcodes and prices from Excel before you go live.
Does it work with my weighing scale?
Yes. Turn on weighing-scale barcodes in settings and set the label format (prefix, item code and weight digits) to match your scale. The cashier just scans the scale's label.
Can one cashier serve more than one customer at a time?
Yes. With multi-tab billing the cashier can keep several bills open, and hold/recall lets any counter pick up a parked bill.
Can I stop cashiers from seeing cost and profit?
Yes. Roles and permissions decide exactly what each user can see and do — including price changes, discounts, voids and reports.
How do we do a full stock count?
