Questions owners ask us
What happens if the internet goes down?
Your counters keep billing. The POS is saved on the till, bills are stored on the device while offline and are synced to the cloud automatically when the connection returns. With Cloud Mirror, a branch PC can even run fully on its own and hand over to the cloud if the PC fails.
Is SATA POS integrated with FBR?
Yes. Invoices can be posted to FBR in real time from the POS, and the FBR invoice number and QR code are printed on the customer's receipt.
Can I manage multiple branches from one account?
Yes — unlimited branches and warehouses, each with its own stock, prices, printers, users and even its own logo and colour theme. You see everything together or branch by branch, and can transfer stock between them.
Which hardware do I need?
Any Windows PC, laptop, tablet or Android phone with a browser. It works with standard thermal receipt printers, barcode scanners, label/sticker printers, cash drawers and a second screen for customer display.
Can I see my sales on my phone?
Yes. The Owner App installs on your phone and shows live sales, profit, branches, bills, open tills, expenses and low stock — anywhere, any time.
Do you move my existing data?
Yes. We import your products, barcodes, customers, suppliers and opening stock from Excel or your old system, and set everything up before you go live.
Is my data safe?
Every user gets only the permissions you give them, every void and edit is logged, and your data is backed up in the cloud. Branch PCs can mirror the full database to the cloud and restore from it.
